Cover Supervisor (Fixed Term Contract)

Overview

We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to work at Bordesley Green Girls’ School and Sixth Form as a Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will cover classes for absent teachers, setting high expectations to motivate and challenge our pupils whilst promoting a positive learning environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone wishing to pursue a career in education in the future. We are an ambitious and forward-thinking school and have been highly praised for our inclusive ethos and the attitudes and values of our pupils.

The successful candidate will be expected to attend all Staff Training Days (5/year) outside of their normal working hours.

Salary & Benefits

Grade 3, Point 9 – 22: FTE £26,409 to £32,654 per annum;

Actual salary: £20,560 to £25,421 per annum.
